At Innate Change, we believe in a world where neurodiversity is understood, valued, and supported.

We provide coaching, training, and facilitation to help individuals, families, and organisations create inclusive, human-first environments.

As the year comes to a close, what a year it’s been. One of growth and of laying a strong foundation for 2026.

We’re incredibly grateful for our committed, caring coaches, our inspiring new Board, and the growth of our work around reasonable adjustments, leadership and training.

Alongside this, our community offer continues to grow, supporting individuals, families and neurodivergent people through thoughtful, human-first work. This balance sits at the heart of who we are.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us this year.

We’re excited for what 2026 will bring. We’re back on Monday, so if you’re local to Crowthorne, do drop by and say hello.

Happy New Year 🎉

As the year comes to a close, we want to say thank you.

Thank you to the individuals, families, leaders and organisations who have trusted us with their stories, challenges and growth this year. It’s a privilege to walk alongside people as they navigate work, relationships and change.

This time of year can bring rest and joy for some, and complexity or pressure for others. Wherever you find yourself, we hope you’re able to pause and take care of what you need.

We’re wishing you a peaceful Christmas and a new year filled with clarity and possibility.

Merry Christmas from all of us at Innate Change ✨

As we near the end of the year, we wanted to share that our office will be closing on 19 December, and we’ll be back on 05 January 2026.

We’re looking forward to taking a break and creating a little space to breathe, something we encourage in the organisations and individuals we support.

But we’re very much here until then.

If you’d like to talk about your own challenges, those impacting people close to you or explore how we can support your workplace in the new year, please get in touch.

We’d love to book something in for January and start 2026 with the right support in place.

We’re excited to share our new full-day, in-person course designed for HR leaders, people managers and team leads who want to support neurodivergent colleagues in a genuinely meaningful way.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:
• Understand key neurodivergent conditions (ADHD, autism, dyslexia and more)
• Communicate with clarity and empathy
• Make effective adjustments without excessive cost or complexity
• Build psychological safety in teams

This course is all about practical, real-world strategies that help people thrive, not just cope.

If your organisation is serious about inclusion and wants to support people, not just policies, we’d love to hear from you.

Disability isn’t just a medical issue, it’s a human experience shaped by our environments, systems and attitudes.

Our latest blog breaks down the Biopsychosocial Model of Disability and why it’s essential for building modern, inclusive workplaces.

If you’re rethinking how your organisation supports people and designs roles that work for real humans, this is a helpful place to start.

Sometimes even those who teach resilience hit tough patches too.

Today, our founder Dom opened up about his own struggles. Sometimes the noise and overwhelm can hit without warning and this is a reminder that being human comes before being fine.

If you’re finding things hard right now, you’re not alone. Reach out if you need a space to talk.

Reasonable adjustments conversations can feel uncomfortable for both managers and employees. Not because people don’t care, but because these discussions often involve vulnerability and a fear of getting things wrong.

Good preparation makes the conversation calmer, clearer and far more supportive for everyone involved.

From setting your intention to creating psychological safety, asking better questions and following up well, each step is designed to help you build trust and reduce pressure on both sides.

You can explore the full guide on our website and learn how Innate Change can support your organisation with training, guidance or adjustments audits.

Book we’re recommending: The Overthinking Cure by Nick Trenton

If your mind tends to replay conversations or spiral into “what ifs,” this one’s for you.

It’s not another “just think positive” book, it’s practical and compassionate, like talking with a friend who helps you untangle what’s really going on.

A few reminders that stuck with us:
• Overthinking is a habit, not who you are.
• Your thoughts aren’t facts.
• Self-compassion isn’t indulgent, it’s essential.
• Small actions quiet the noise.

A gentle reset for anyone who wants to think less and live more.

Conflict can show up in all kinds of ways between partners, colleagues, parents and children, siblings or friends.

When communication breaks down, it can leave everyone feeling unheard and disconnected, particularly when neurodivergence is present.

This webinar is a safe space designed to help you understand what’s really happening beneath the surface and give you practical tools to rebuild connection, reduce tension and communicate with empathy, even when things feel tough.

Whether you’re navigating family dynamics, supporting someone within your family or just want to strengthen your relationships, this session offers a place to learn and reflect.

Join us to explore how small changes can make a big difference.

We know it can be hard to know where to turn.

Maybe you’re an individual struggling with day-to-day challenges. Maybe you’re a family member trying to figure out how best to support someone you love. Maybe you just don’t know what help is available to you.
That’s why Innate Change is a Community Interest Company (CIC).

When we deliver training, coaching and facilitation in workplaces, the money doesn’t go to shareholders. It goes straight back into making support accessible through coaching, family therapy, webinars and resources where families and individuals can get the guidance they need.

Our mission is simple:
To create real change so neurodivergent people can contribute, thrive and shine in education, work and community life.

Whether you’re looking for support yourself, or wanting to support someone else, we’re here.
