🎤 A lot of people don’t realize that e-bikes aren’t quite what they think.

📚 E-Bike Q&A #007

⛑️ Do You Really Need a Helmet?

“But I bought this cool-looking e-bike so I wouldn’t have to wear one.”

I’ve actually heard that quite a few times. 😆

For casual riverside rides, neighborhood cruising, or short commutes, most people make their own choice.

But that’s also the beauty of an e-bike—it makes riding easier, more fun, and encourages you to ride farther and more often. Naturally, you might end up riding a little faster than on a regular bike.

So, should you wear a helmet?

Well… that’s between you and your conscience. 🤣

Personally, I’d recommend one for mountain roads, long-distance rides, off-road adventures, or busy streets.

Because the coolest thing isn’t riding without a helmet—

it’s making it home safely after every ride. 🚲⛑️

📚 E-Bike Q&A #006

⛑️ Do You Need to Wear a Helmet on an E-Bike?

This is probably one of the most common questions we get.

“Do I need a helmet?”
“Will I get fined if I don’t wear one?”
“I see lots of people riding without one.”

Since e-bikes are generally classified differently from motorcycles, the rules can vary depending on where you live.

But here’s my personal take:

If you can, wear one.

E-bikes are often faster than regular bicycles, and a little extra protection can go a long way.

✏️ Four situations where I highly recommend a helmet:

✅ Mountain roads
✅ Long-distance rides
✅ Off-road adventures
✅ Busy traffic areas

At the end of the day, cycling isn’t about how fast you can go.

It’s about enjoying the ride and making it home safely every time. 🚲❤️

What’s your opinion?

🌧️ Rainy Day Riding Reminder

We’ve heard tomorrow’s rain may be even heavier, so please ride safely and take extra care on the road.

When it’s raining, slow and steady is always the way to go. 🚲

✔️ Avoid manhole covers, road markings, and other slippery surfaces whenever possible. If you need to cross them, do so smoothly and gently.
✔️ Wet roads reduce traction, so avoid sudden braking, hard acceleration, or sharp turns.
✔️ Keep a safe distance from other vehicles and allow yourself extra reaction time.
✔️ Turn on your lights when visibility is low to stay visible to others.

In heavy rain, even braking too hard can cause your tires to lose grip and slide.

Ride safe, take it easy, and make it home safely.

Miyazaki cares about your journey. ❤️ 🚲🌧️

Pretending Monday doesn’t exist. 😌

No work.
No emails.
And definitely no thoughts about tomorrow being Monday.

Let the wind do its thing.
Let the drinks keep flowing.
The rest can wait until tomorrow.

Leave no emissions. Leave only the breeze.

Some people drive through the city.
Others experience it on two wheels.

Moving quietly through the streets,
between everyday moments and hidden corners.

No emissions.
Just the breeze.

Now even your bike battery needs a monthly fee? 😳

Good thing there’s Miyazaki ⚡️

Charge it yourself. Save money yourself.
Just plug it into a regular household outlet and you’re good to go!

A fully charged battery can take you 45–60 km,
and some models even come with dual-battery setups 🔋🔋

No need to worry about finding a battery swap station.
No need to worry about another bill at the end of the month.

The only thing you need to worry about is:

Where are you riding today? 😎🚲♻️

If the routine of everyday life is starting to feel overwhelming,
and you’re honestly tired of it,

then let it go for a while.

Go for a ride.
Take a few laps around town, clear your head,
and just do something that makes you happy. 🚲

Life isn’t meant to be exciting every single day.

That’s why it’s important to find little moments of joy
in the ordinary, even in the boring parts of life.

Feel the breeze, keep pedaling,
and let the dopamine do its thing. 😌

Sometimes happiness doesn’t need a big plan.

Just riding around with no destination,
enjoying the moment,
can make everything feel a little lighter.

Being able to make yourself happy is already something pretty amazing.

Miyazaki helps you find your joy.

Have a beautiful day. ☀️✨🚲

Miyazaki V43
Fresh cut done. Now ride out looking good. 😎

Honestly, riding an e-bike or bicycle always falls into a bit of a gray area:
Should you wear a helmet or not?

For casual city rides, people usually aren’t too strict about it.
But if you’re heading into mountain roads, more challenging terrain, or off-road routes
I definitely recommend wearing one.
Safety comes first. 🪖

But if you’re just cruising through the city, taking it slow, enjoying the streets and the vibe,
then just relax and ride easy in style.
