Had a brilliant time representing team alongside , and Tim at Hyrox London!

To cut a long story short, my team ended up 2 men down but Tim stepped in last minute and we managed to run as a 3 in the relay, albeit under a forfeit 😅 But we adapted and met the finish line together strong!

It's great to gather with other fitness enthusiasts, trainers and athletes to push past your limits and break barriers.

Shoutout to for the pre-comp guidance and motivation on the day.

TRX Suspension straps provide a fanastic alternative to traditional barbell exercises! It's easy to get a safe and effective full body workout with these using just your bodyweight.

Ive highlighted some good alternatives to target your back, chest and hamstrings/glutes:

TRX Row → Chest up, spine neutral, squeeze your shoulder blades on the pull.
TRX Chest Press → Lean forward, arms at 45°, press through to full extension.
TRX Hip Thrusts → Heels tucked in, drive hips up, squeeze glutes hard at the top.
