I used to be out of shape and lazy. Now I help guys build lean mass without overhauling their life. DM ''REBUILD'' to work 1-on-1

You know exactly why you’re out of shape.

Not enough consistency. Weekends off turning into weeks off. Eating well Monday to Thursday then undoing it by Sunday.

You don’t need another plan. You’ve had plenty of those.

What you need is structure that works around a full-time job, a social life, and the weeks where motivation is nowhere to be found.

Drop me a follow as I post videos everyday explaining how to do so.

2 years of training and still in the same body?

You’re not failing because your lazy, you’re failing because you’re doing it alone with no real system in place to support you.

If what you’re doing right now isn’t working, it’s not going to magically start working.

Follow and I’ll show you what that looks like.

This is why guys train for years and never actually change shape.

It’s not the takeaways. It’s not the weekends. It’s the stuff they think is helping them that’s quietly keeping them in a surplus.

Follow and I’ll break down exactly how to eat for fat loss without overhauling their entire diet.

Still got the man t**s after months of training in the gym?

Your program must’ve been sh*t…

Most guys come to me after spending months following some generic plan that they found online and they’re left wondering why nothing is working.

The truth is, those plans aren’t built for you, your body, or your lifestyle. So no matter how hard you show up, you’re fighting a losing battle.

When my clients finally get a system designed specifically for them, the fat starts to drop and the muscle starts to build. The physique they’ve been chasing for years finally becomes achievable.

If you’ve spent hours watching content on how to train and eat but still don’t have the body to show for it, you don’t have a knowledge problem.

You have a system issue.

The plans you’re following were never built for your life. They work until work gets busy, life gets in the way, or progress stalls. It all falls apart and you’re back online looking for the next thing.

That’s not laziness. That’s what happens when you keep forcing your life around something that was never designed for it.

Follow for more.

Let’s not lie to each other.

You don’t have a time problem. You have a priority problem.

The average gym session is 45 minutes. That’s less than one episode of whatever you’re watching on Netflix tonight.

The reason you still look the same isn’t your job, your kids, or your schedule.

It’s that training hasn’t become non-negotiable yet.

And that’s not me shaming you, that’s me telling you the thing nobody else will.

Because once you decide it’s non-negotiable, everything changes. You stop waiting for the perfect window and you start using the ones you already have.

45 minutes, 4 days a week is all it takes to completely change your body composition in 3 months.

You have the time. You just haven’t committed to using it yet.

Your body is a receipt of your mindset.

Whatever you tell yourself every day get printed back onto your physique, so think carefully about what you’re feeding your mind.

You can’t out-train a mind that’s working against you.

The guy who transforms his body isn’t the one who trains the hardest.

He’s the one who stopped negotiating with himself.
Stopped waiting for motivation.
Stopped treating every setback like a reason to start over.

Your thoughts create your habits.
Your habits create your body.
Your body doesn’t lie.

The mind doesn’t forget what you tell it.
It just gets to work.

How much longer are you willing to stay stuck?

Most guys training to lose fat and build muscle are spending all their time in the wrong tiers.

S tier - progressive overload and zone 2 cardio
C tier - HIIT training
D tier - fasted training and expecting results after a few weeks

You’re not broken. You’ve just been following the wrong advice.

Most guys think they’re the problem. They’re not.

The plan is.

If you’ve spent years starting over, falling off, and getting nowhere, that’s not laziness.

That’s what happens when you keep running an approach that was never built for your life in the first place.

The guys who finally get lean and build a physique that actually looks like something didn’t try harder. They just stopped copying what worked for someone else and started doing what worked for them.

Most guys in this position think the answer is to work harder.

More sessions. Stricter diet. Earlier mornings.

But effort was never the problem.

The guys I work with have been putting the effort in for years. That’s usually the first thing they tell me.

What they were missing was a plan built around their body, their lifestyle, and their actual goal not a generic programme they found online.

When we fixed that, the results that felt impossible for 3 years started happening in 3 months.

If that sounds like your situation, the answer probably isn’t doing more of what you’ve already been doing.

It starts with figuring out what’s actually not working and that’s usually simpler than people think.

I actually have a free resource that might be able to help you build a program that fits around your already busy lifestyle.

If you want this, comment the word ‘GUIDE’ and I’ll send it over.

The reason you still look the same as you did 6 months ago isn’t your genetics, your schedule, or your metabolism.

It’s the fact that you’ve been taking advice from 10 different people and committing to none of it.

Most guys in a 9-5 don’t have a programme problem. They have a consistency problem, and endless fitness content is making it worse.

The guys who actually get lean and build muscle aren’t the ones who know the most. They’re the ones who picked something and stuck with it long enough to see it work.
