Today’s session at Plaistow Park was more than football ⚽️💧☀️
With the hot weather today, we took a break during training to make sure our young players stayed hydrated and looked after by serving cold water to the team.

At Plaistow Parkside Lions Community Youth Football, player welfare, unity and community always come first.
