2025 has been the best year yet.
A year rooted in love, gratitude, and genuine happiness. It’s been a season of growth and clarity—of learning to focus on what truly matters, opening my mind and body to new possibilities, and letting go of anything that no longer serves my highest good.
I’ve learned to trust myself more, to honor my boundaries, and to move with intention instead of urgency. Every challenge brought wisdom, every opportunity brought expansion, and every moment reinforced just how blessed I am. I’m deeply grateful for the people, lessons, and experiences that shaped this year into what it became.

Valencia marathon 🇪🇸
⏰3:38
This isn’t the post I thought I’d be writing. I’ll be honest, I’m so disappointed in myself and result. After months of early mornings, late nights, blood, sweat, and quiet sacrifices, I truly believed this chapter would read differently. One thing about me, though—I never shy away from the work. I show up no matter the time, the weather, or the circumstances. Always.
But that’s the truth of the marathon. It’s ruthless. It’s unpredictable. And it doesn’t care how prepared you think you are. There are so many things outside your control—but your effort, your discipline, and your heart will always be yours to own.
I’m not pointing fingers. I won’t make excuses. I’m sitting with this one, owning it fully. I’ll break the race apart, study every kilometre, assess the flaws, and tighten every loose end. Because that’s what competitors do—we adapt, we evolve, and we come back sharper.
Yesterday was a humbling 42km. My 3rd marathon this year. Right now, I rest. But make no mistake—I’m already planning. And when I return to that start line, It’s mine for the taking! One step at a time.
