Jacks out on the bank this weekend for a session on our club lake.

With a bit of quick success already let's hope this can turn into a busy session for him ðŸĪžðŸĪž

Here's some more of the fish from our awesome trip to France last month, it was a fantastic week and perfectly timed as Jack has a new baby boy and I've just moved house so fishing is on the back burner at the moment unfortunately 😞

The biggest of the bunch here is a New PB Grass carp for me at 39lb and what a fight it put up!

We can't wait to get into booking our next big trip and for the smaller sessions in between, hopefully we can wangle a short session soon ðŸĪžðŸĪž

We are a few days back from our awesome trip to Bills Lake 4 in France and what a trip it was! Landing 26 fish between us including new PB's for everyone and the biggest carp for me at 64.02lb!

So here are the new P.B's for us in all their glory! Starting off with my 64.02lb brute of a fish! The pictures will never do fish of this size any justice, what a scrap it put up too.

Next up we have Jack's new P.B with this absolute chunk of a 38lb Common, it came just after Jack had a bit of a dry spell during the week so it was very welcome and you can see why, what a unit it is.

Last up we have my Dad's new PB with this cracking 31.04lb Common, My dad had some bad luck this session as he was fishing all the same spots as me and close to my rods but the fish never seemed to want to show him some love, however with a new P.B he is more then happy with this trip and is enthusiastic for the next one so you can't ask for anymore then that!

Keep an eye out over the next few weeks for the other fish we caught on this awesome trip!

All of the fish were caught over Bills Big Fish Mix that they are fed on all year round, so never miss the opportunity to use what they are used to!

My fish was caught using a Slip D rig consisting of a Wife Gape SP size 6, tied using an 18lb Stealth coated hook link from

Jack's and dad's fish were caught on our favourite hook pattern, a size 6 Longshank hook tied like a normal basic hair rig using 18lb Stealth coated hooklink with the coated stripped towards the hook end to give it some more move ability and a DsD small kicker over the eye of the hook.

Keep ya eyes peeled over the next few posts for our captures 👀👀

Until we meet again Bills Lake! Au revoir ðŸ‡Ŧ🇷

Here it is finally!! Sorry for the delay been a rather busy bee of late 🐝

Here are the 3 biggest of our latest trip which includes Jack's new PB of 36lb!! (The mirror carp he is holding)

With us fishing a lake on the complex we haven't fished before and knowing it holds a couple of fish that are over 40lb, we still couldn't expect a result like this! Alongside Jack's new PB are the 2 other biggest fish from our trip, a 29.8lb mirror for me and a very stocky 29lb Common for Jack.

A session we will not forget and a lake we will definitely be fishing more often!

All fish were caught with a variety of hook patterns from the DsD range tied using the 18lb Stealth Hooklink.

With all of the fish caught over a bed of Catalyst boilies and particle with the hook bait being a selection of catalyst boilies with a maize topper and the other bait to help us trip these crackers up being the Krill Wafters

With 36 hours at our disposal over the bank holiday weekend myself & Jack decided to go to our Syndicate Lakes, with a bit of persuasion from the owner Mike (Thanks Mike 😁) we fished one of the lakes we haven't tried before which holds the bigger fish on the complex.

What a nudge in the right direction it was! With 16 fish between us (as you can tell from the pictures Jack got the majority 🙄) we had a wicked session, Jack having the best one with a unit of a fish weighing 36lb and a new P.B for him so congrats mate! This was backed up with 6 20's up to 29.8lb and 9 others from 15lb up to 19lb.

So here are all the fish up to the 29lbers and the 36lber as they deserve their own post 😜 but what a cracking bunch of fish!

We can't wait to get back to Whites Lakes as soon as possible but with a trip on the high seas next week and a France trip to look forward to we will just have to reminisce over these cracking fish for now!

Here are the results from our day session to our Syndicate Lakes Guest Lake with my dad last weekend.

Jack managed the only carp for us on this trip in the shape of these 2 lovely fish, the Common weighing in at 16.12lb and the Mirror being 12.14lb, so none of the bigger fish but defiantly a decent session and our first of 2023 ðŸĨģ.

I did somehow manage to foul hook a Bream and tried to argue that surely it's harder to do that than catch a carp but unfortunately Jack wasn't having any of it 😞.

Both fish were caught using a size 6 Longshank Hook tied using 18lb Stealth hooklink from and some clear shrink tubing covering the eye of the hook to make a small kicker and tubing along the shank to give a blowback effect.

The ever faithfull Catalyst from proving to be the fishes liking on this trip used in conjunction with matching Catalyst boilies, whole maize and the new Classic Corn 8mm Active Pellets.

Myself and Jack got out on the bank today for the first time this year!!

In what feels like forever we managed to get a day session on the guest lake at our syndicate today, definitely signs of getting old when ya forget so much stuff in a short space of time ðŸĪŠ

Catch report to follow soon!! 😉
