We went for our for a coffee and I saw working out.๐ช I had to join๐. Guys if you donโt train in lockdown is not because gyms are close but just because you donโt really want it. So the real question is..... how bad do you want it?
๐๐ผ๐ ๐ ๐ท๐๐บ๐ฝ ๐น๐ถ๐ธ๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐? 1- You will need to prep for jumps like this. The key here is to warm up with a good exercise without killing yourself.
