These are some of the things we experienced as women in generic gyms 👇
1️⃣ Being stared at mid-set
2️⃣ Having absolutely no idea what we were supposed to be doing
3️⃣ Feeling too embarrassed to ask for help and ending up injured
4️⃣ Avoiding certain areas because they felt intimidating
5️⃣ Feeling rushed or judged for taking up space

So many women come to us saying the same thing:
“I just want to lose X amount of weight.”
But when we slow the conversation down and ask why, there’s almost always a deeper story underneath.
Sometimes it’s about fertility.
Sometimes it’s about being told they need to change their body before being “allowed” medical treatment.
Sometimes it’s about fear, hope, or trying to regain control during an incredibly hard chapter.
The number is rarely the real goal.
Behind it is a woman carrying a lot more than she gives herself credit for and doing the best she can with the information she’s been given.
QUESTION: Do you have a goal weight, and if so, have you ever thought about what the reason behind that is? It’s okay if you’re not sure... Our DM’s are always open if you have any questions

So many women think they’re the problem when they can’t stay consistent... 👇🏾
But most of the time, they were just dropped into an environment that didn’t teach them how to train properly or support them while they learned.
When you’re coached, guided, and given a clear structure, everything changes.
Confidence builds. Energy improves. And showing up stops feeling like a battle.
Strength isn’t about pushing harder, but, it’s about being shown how to do things in a way that works for you.

Most women don’t need to read the stats to believe them.
Because we live it, every. single. day.
For so many of us, feeling uncomfortable while exercising isn’t a one-off - it’s something we learned to manage, ignore, or quietly adapt around.
Changing routes.
Training at certain times.
Wearing certain clothes.
Keeping headphones in.
Brushing things off so we can just “get on with it.”
None of this should be normal.
And yet, it’s something so many women share.
The more we talk about it, the less alone it feels.
If you’ve ever felt uncomfortable or unsafe while working out, what helped you in that moment, or what do you wish had been different?

📢 PSA: You don’t have to abandon training during Ramadan!
So many women think they have to choose between observing Ramadan and looking after their bodies and that simply isn’t true.
Training during Ramadan doesn’t mean pushing through exhaustion or pretending nothing has changed. It means adapting your movement, respecting your energy, and understanding what your body needs during this time.
We created this workshop to offer clarity, reassurance, and a safe space to ask questions, without judgement, pressure, or unrealistic expectations.
If you’ve ever felt unsure about how to train while fasting, this is for you.
Join us on 13th February at 6pm for a free Training × Ramadan workshop 🌙
