What it takes to bolt a route - 6 days in 100 seconds. It gives an idea of how much work, time and effort goes into turning a striking piece of rock into a safely-climbable route. We bolted it with titanium staple bolts, and used Hilti RE500 glue.
The route is called: "Liam 'The Birdman' Byrne" (F7a), at Spirit Mountain (Chong Phli), Thailand.

Broken (7c) is hands down the best single pitch route Trev has ever bolted. His own words. Even better than Golden (6c) on Lao liang, and than Godzilla (7b+) and King Kong (7b) at North Wall.
Broken is a route in Ban na San, 2 hour drive from ao nang, just south of Suratthani. Well worth a visit with currently 8 single pitch routes and a multi pitch route, resulting in a total of 12 pitches at this crag. For the full info go to thecrag.com.

Trev in his element. Having fun cutting loose, hugging the tufa and then stepping across onto it. Playing around really! Hiroshi's Revenge (F6b+) is such a great and unusual route that it should be on every climbers' list of climbs to go and do.
Photos taken by Dees who was climbing another classic just to the right: Monkey love (F6b). So no planned photo shoot and thought out positioning, just a random bunch of shots spontaneously taken while climbing.
