Rota Nanny – Notting Hill, London
Experienced Professional Rota Nanny required for a warm family in Notting Hill caring for two boys aged 4 and 8. This is a long-term two-week rotation role (two weeks on / two weeks off) offering £65,000 – £70,000 gross per year, with an ASAP start.
Role Overview
You will provide full day-to-day care during your on-duty weeks, including school runs, routines, and activities. Your own bedroom and bathroom are provided when on duty. A full-time housekeeper handles laundry.
Key Details
• Location: Notting Hill, London
• Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 gross p.a.
• Children: Boys aged 4 and 8 (local schools)
• Driver: Full, clean UK driving licence required
• Qualification: NNEB/CACHE/BTEC or equivalent required
• Travel: Occasional family trips
• Additional: Proxy parenting may be required occasionally
Responsibilities
• Full care, wellbeing, and daily routines for both boys
• School runs, diary management (appointments, playdates, activities)
• Wardrobe management and keeping children’s areas tidy
• Plan engaging, educational play and support homework/development
• Maintain excellent communication with parents and household team
• Provide structure and patience, especially beneficial for a child with high-functioning ADHD
Candidate Profile
You are a calm, patient, empathetic, and proactive nanny with strong experience of 4–8 year olds. Creative, organised, warm yet professional, with excellent boundaries and attention to detail. Experience supporting children with high-functioning ADHD is highly advantageous.
This is a fantastic long-term opportunity with a lovely family. Burlington Nannies has previously placed two nannies who each stayed for four years.

About the Role
Burlington Nannies is seeking a professional and dedicated Male Nanny (Manny) to join a new client family based in Mill Hill, North London. The family consists of a single mother and her two children, aged 10 and 12 years old.
This is a long-term, live-in rota position providing high-quality childcare support. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the children’s daily care and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive childcare, including school runs, homework supervision, and organisation of after-school activities and play dates.
• Manage the children’s schedules, including diary management and liaising with teachers and activity providers.
• Oversee all nursery duties: preparing nutritious meals, laundry, and maintaining clean, organised children’s living spaces.
• Plan and accompany the children on educational and recreational outings.
• Travel with the family as required, including periods at their second home in Bath during school holidays and occasional overseas trips.
Candidate Requirements
• A positive, outgoing, and energetic individual who can serve as an excellent male role model for the children.
• Highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused with exceptional communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and confident driving ability (a car will be provided for work use).
• Previous professional childcare experience, particularly with school-aged children.
