You can tell the difference between people building alone…
and people being sharpened in the right room.

One keeps posting and hoping something shifts.

The other is being refined, stretched, corrected, and positioned in real time.

That’s what’s happening inside KLA.

Clarity is increasing.
Authority is becoming visible.
People are no longer showing up uncertain about what they carry.

And that changes how they lead.
How they communicate.
How they build.

Because eventually, you reach a point where more information is not the answer.

Environment is.

The right room will expose what hesitation has been costing you.

And while some people are still overthinking every move…

Others are already being activated.

The shift is visible.

The question is whether you’re still going to watch it from the outside.

Hiding behind humility is not the same
as walking in it.
Humility is not staying quiet.
Humility is not shrinking.
Humility is not posting content that sounds like you are unsure of what you know.
That is fear.
And there is a version of you that knows the difference.
You have knowledge your assigned clients need.
You have experience that took years to build.
You have a perspective the marketplace has not heard yet.
The question is whether you are willing to say it with authority.
The ongoing Audacity Shift is a 21 day content challenge built on one principle.
You show up with the level of authority
you have already been given.
Not louder than you are.
With the full weight of who you are.
Day by day you build the habit of showing up like someone your assigned clients can trust.
Because authority is not something you perform.
It is something you demonstrate,
consistently, publicly, over time.
That is what this challenge is designed to produce.
The Audacity Shift is live now inside Kingdom Leaders: ACTIVATED.

You are holding back your message to keep people who were never going to stay....
27 people unfollowed me.
27.
Because I mentioned God in the first two lines of a post.

And I want to talk about that because I know some of you are holding back for the same reason.

You water down your message so nobody leaves.
You soften your language so nobody gets offended.
You post around your faith instead of from it.
And your assigned clients still can't find you.

Here is what I know.
The people who left were never going to buy from you.
They were never going to trust you.
They were never going to follow where God has called you to lead.
They were taking up space that belongs to someone else.

When people leave because of what you shared, that is not rejection.
That is filtration.

God puts you in the places you need to be and connects you with the right people.
But you have to stop performing for the wrong ones first.

If there are people in your audience making you hold back
Block them if you need to.
Remove them.
Unfollow them.

Make space for the people who actually need the anointing you carry.

Your message is not for everyone.
It was never supposed to be.

And if you are ready to stop filtering yourself and start showing up with authority, The Audacity Shift is live. Join in, Link in bio

🧠 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐝 “𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠” 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡

There’s a growing narrative right now that sounds like healing and enlightenment…
It starts with inner work.

It emphasizes facing pain and becoming more self-aware.

But then it slowly shifts.
It begins to question truth.
It reframes God.
It replaces revelation with self-definition.

And if you’re not discerning, it can feel deep… while quietly pulling you away from what is actually true.

Scripture already warned us about this.

In Genesis, the deception in the garden wasn’t obvious rebellion.

It was a subtle invitation to seek wisdom apart from God.

That same pattern still exists today.

Healing is real and necessary.
Self-awareness is important.
But transformation doesn’t come from turning inward as the ultimate authority.

It comes from allowing God to reveal, correct, and renew you.

“God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all.” (1 John 1:5)

So anything that:
• Redefines who God is
• Removes Christ as the center
• Or elevates self as the source of truth
…needs to be tested, not just received.

Because not every spiritual path leads to life.
Some just sound good on the way.

Stay rooted. Stay discerning. Stay anchored in truth.

𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐈 𝐤𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐆𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞.

We just started a brand new Bible study series called She Was Here.

And it is not what you might expect.

We are not going to the women you already know.
We are not doing Mary.
We are not doing Martha.
We are going to the women in Scripture who tend to get passed over.

The ones beneath the radar.
The ones whose names you might not even know.

Some of them do not even have names.

But God put them in the Word. And that means they have something to say.

Tonight was just the beginning, and the room was already deep.

This is a Bible study that does not shy away from the hard parts of these women’s stories, and that holds Scripture up against your real life rather than keeping it at a safe distance.

This Bible study comes with its own study companion, a private space where you go deeper with each woman's story on your own terms, between sessions.

𝐒𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐬 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 is live inside Giant Slayer.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐬…

When they know enough to help others but have not yet dealt with what is quietly running in the background of their own life and leadership.

That is the thing about emotional giants.

They do not check your credentials before they show up. Fear of visibility does not care that you are certified.

Scarcity thinking does not disappear because you created a methodology. People-pleasing does not respect your title or your trademarked framework.

And perfectionism does not stop because you have identified God's call on your life.

That is exactly why Giant Slayer exists.

It is here for the Christ-centred woman over 40 who is ready to answer the call on her life, and for the woman already walking in it.

Both know the inner work is not a phase you complete.

It is a practice you commit to because leadership formation NEVER stops!

The work you do on yourself influences the work you do for others.

Your lived experience speaks loudly, when you allow your story to become someone else's success strategy.

This week I welcomed two new members inside Giant Slayer.

A certified coach and a leadership consultant.

Neither is new to this inner work, but both are serious enough about it to invest in going deeper, because they understand that the next level of their leadership requires the next level of their formation.

I am excited about the lives they are going to reach as they grow deeper into the leaders God called them to be, operating at the level He set for them.

This is what Giant Slayer is built for.

01/03/2026

You keep telling yourself you’re inconsistent, but you’re not.

Your spirit is willing.
Your mind is strong.
Your heart is committed.

It’s your nervous system that doesn’t feel safe to rise.

You slow yourself down because your body still remembers the moments you trusted too deeply, moved too quickly, or carried too much… and paid for it.

So now you protect yourself by hesitating, overthinking, and shrinking.

Not because you’re weak, but because you were never taught how to feel safe moving forward.

This is the real reason you feel stuck.
This is why every new season looks like the last.
This is why your purpose feels close but not quite reachable.

But you don’t have to live in that cycle.

Inside Giant Slayer, I walk you through the real work:

Naming the giant.
Breaking the emotional agreement.
Rewiring the belief that keeps you in survival mode.
And rising into the woman God has already called you to be.

If you’re done quietly quitting on yourself…
If you’re ready to feel safe in your own rise…
If you know this message is talking directly to you…

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 "𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚"

𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐦𝐞:
"𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵. 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵'𝘴 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘦."

And I spent ages trying to figure out where that line was.

𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘱 𝘣𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘭𝘺 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘺 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 "𝙩𝙤𝙤 𝙢𝙪𝙘𝙝?"

So I dimmed myself. I apologised for taking up space. I softened my voice when I should have been using it.

Because I was trying not to cross that invisible line between confidence and pride.

𝙐𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙚:
"𝘞𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘳𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘯𝘥?"

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝:

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 (𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐭)

Let’s talk about the weight you’ve been carrying.

You’re doing all the things—serving, leading, building, and pouring into everyone else.

But deep down, you’re tired.

Not just physically tired. Not just “𝘐 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘢 𝘷𝘢𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯” tired.

It’s deeper than that.

It’s the exhaustion that comes from carrying invisible battles:

✔️𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵.
✔️𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯.
✔️𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘤𝘺𝘤𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯.

And no matter how much rest you get, the weight doesn’t lift.

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐞:
𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘵. 𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘯’𝘵 𝘢𝘥𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥.

Because it’s not just the work that’s exhausting—𝘪𝘵’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘵.

📍𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘶𝘯𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘬𝘦𝘯 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘶𝘳𝘦.
📍𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩.
📍𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘶𝘣𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨, “𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙛 𝙄’𝙢 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙘𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨?”

These aren’t just emotions—they’re spiritual strongholds.

“𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘸𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵 𝘧𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘩 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘥, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴, 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵 𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘴, 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘨𝘦, 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘥𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘴.” – 𝘌𝘱𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘴 6:12

So if you’re treating your exhaustion like it’s just a “𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘺 𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯” or “𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘰𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦,” 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯.

Take a moment to reflect.

Lay it down in prayer. Bring the invisible battles to Him and ask for clarity, peace, and strength.

Let’s be real—this isn’t the first time you’ve felt stuck.

You’re putting in the work. You’re praying, planning, and doing everything you think you should be doing.

But for some reason, it’s like you’ve hit a wall.

You’re 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 every decision.

You’re 𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 if you’re even on the right path.

And no matter how much you do, it feels like you’re just spinning your wheels.
