It’s crazy because I barely even recognise myself in that first clip 🥹

Over the years I’ve dieted, built muscle, dieted again… but I don’t think I ever truly felt my happiest or most confident until now.

My legs used to be one of my biggest insecurities, and now I don’t think about them anymore because I’ve finally found what works for me.

The best part is that since dieting a couple of years ago, I’ve been able to maintain my results easily because my diet never actually felt like a diet 🤍 No cutting out my favourite foods. No extremes.

because why not 🫢 PROTEIN berry crumble 🥹 this has always been a staple of mine but this is a new and improved recipe!! breakfast or dessert… whatever you want 😂

Ingredients (serves 4)
protein crumble:
70g plain flour
70g oats
1 scoop vanilla fit pro whey
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
30g pumpkin seeds
Water to bind it

fruit layer:
1 tbsp honey
1 bag frozen summer fruit

method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees c
2. In a bowl combine all of the crumble topping ingredients and combine until it forms a crumble mixture. Add water slowly to get the right consistency!
3. Add frozen fruit to an oven dish (as much as you like), then drizzle in honey.
4. Add the crumble topping and press down
5. bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden!
6. Serve with yogurt & honey or even custard/ice cream 🥰 This will keep in the fridge for 3 days.

breakfast: protein porridge with homemade granola
lunch: chicken caesar pasta salad
