أحيانًا، من غير ما ناخد بالنا،
بنشارك في استمرار الوضع اللي بيتعبنا:

بنسكت علشان نتجنب المواجهة.
نقبل علشان نثبت إننا قد المسؤولية.
ونتجاوز حدودنا علشان نساعد الآخرين.

وده مش معناه إننا نلوم نفسنا على اللي حصل،
لكنه معناه إننا نستعيد قدرتنا على الاختيار.

لأن تغيير المكان من غير تغيير النمط،
ممكن ياخدنا لنفس النتيجة في مكان جديد.

قبل ما تسأل:
«أمشي ولا أفضل؟»

اسأل نفسك:
«إيه اللي محتاج أختاره وأعمله بشكل مختلف…
سواء فضلت أو مشيت؟»
