Bumps & Dumbbells - the pre and post natal small group training specific to YOU.

What makes Bumps & Dumbbells different to other pre and post natal classes?
💜 The groups are smaller (approx 4 people per session) to ensure that you get individualised support and enough 1-1 attention from your coach.
💜 Before you start, you will have a 30 minute consultation with your coach, Suzi, can get to know you individually and design a workout routine that is suited to where you are at in pregnancy or post natal recovery.
💜 Suzi has a wealth of knowledge from further education beyond just the pre and post natal exercise qualification and experience working with many women throughout their pregnancies and post partum return to exercise.
💜 Suzi has also worked with women with diastasis, prolapses and pelvic floor dysfunction and helped them exercise and build strength whilst managing their symptoms, or becoming symptom free!
💜 You will gain access to a resource hub filled with short, educational videos to help you further understand pre and post natal exercise and nutrition.
💜 You will have nutrition coaching to help make your nutrition work for your new chapter in life with the aim to keep it simple, but optimal for your pregnancy energy levels or aid towards your post partum recovery
💜 We understand that pre and post natal life can be unpredictable, so you have the choice of two sessions (Tuesdays or Thursdays 11am) to attend.

I have a female health workshop coming up on Tuesday 4th March at Big Penny Social. We will be covering topics including:
- cortisol and it’s impact on female hormone health
- how to build an all round exercise regime that supports your lifestyle and your hormones
- body image and building body confidence.

We created something really special here…
Honestly, it has truly made my 2024 seeing this 8 week calisthenics course come to life.
My vision was to create a course that was inclusive, supportive, fun and helped to banish the seeds of doubt in those who wanted to try calisthenics but believed they wouldn’t be able to do it.
I’ve loved calisthenics form the moment I started it and encourage those interested to give it a go. But, far too often I was hearing people say they felt intimidated and unsure where to start. Many told me they couldn’t imagine even trying the skills because classes available were often fully booked, so hard to get on, and filled with 15+ people so not enough attention or support could be given to help them even have the courage to try.
I knew there was a need for smaller groups where you are guaranteed the attention and support required to break down your own self-limiting beliefs.
I wanted to create something that gave an element of 1-1 support, but also the fun of being surrounded by supportive peers.
This group here blew me away with their support for each other.
I know that every person in the course has achieved more than they thought they were capable of:
⭐️Brooke went from having never done dips to achieving a 10kg weighted dip on test week!
⭐️Max perfected his form and went on to smash his 1 RPM PB on pull ups (25kg) and dips (55kg)!
⭐️Marc progressed from shoulder stand to bent arm planche training and perfected his single leg back lever!
⭐️Andy went from never having done a pull up to doing 2 unassisted on test week!
⭐️Matthew improved his mobility and was able to nail the Skin the Cat skill, banishing fears he had around his shoulder strength and mobility!
⭐️Caroline hit 4 unassisted pull ups (also never having done a full pull up before!)
And on top of this, every participant challenged their fears and mastered at least one skill!
I am so proud of these guys and cannot wait for the next intake! 👀 This team loved it so much, they are continuing in January, meaning the first intake is already fully booked 🤯
