The Course & Viewing Spots
The race covers a 4.25-mile (6.8 km) stretch from Putney Bridge to Mortlake.
Putney Bridge (Start): Best for watching the "Coin Toss" and the initial launch.
Hammersmith Bridge (Midpoint): A critical tactical spot where the race is often decided.
Chiswick Pier: Provides a great view of the middle section as crews power past the Eyot nature reserve.
Mortlake (Finish): The final straight, with the finish line just before Chiswick Bridge.
