Have I looked βbetterβ than this?
Absolutely.
Have I looked βworseβ than this?
Absolutely.
Do I have an extra percent or two of body fat I would like to shift?
Possibly.
The main thing is I am very content where I am at, whilst not restricting myself to the point I canβt enjoy the finer things in life πΉ
I am my own biggest critic, but itβs important to take a step back and think about how far you have came to get to this point, before continuing on and progressing further on the journey πͺπ»
The younger version of me would be very proud βΊοΈ

Client Richards 12 week transformation π€©ππ» Richard sent me these pictures back in October, he went from strength to strength before unfortunately needing to take a break from the gym due to an underlying health condition πππ» posting these as he is back in the gym with me next week and I am excited to see what further progress we can make whilst managing his health condition πͺπ»π you can do it Richard!! (Ps the π€ͺ emoji was his doing, not mine π€£)

Very proud coach this morning π₯Ί managing 300kg for 10 reps on the leg press πͺπ» Yes, you read that correctly, THREE HUNDRED KILOGRAMS, which is seriously impressive ππ» this is after just recovering from having COVID last weekβ¦ pleasure as always training my clients and I am very excited for what the future holds for all of them π₯°

Havenβt posted on here in months but this one was worth the wait π€©ππ» What a transformation so far from client πͺπ» Nicole has been training with me since the end of September and as you can see she has been absolutely smashing it! This has been down to a lot of hard work and consistency with her training and her diet which has definitely paid off π canβt wait to see what the new year brings for her and my other clients π

Where to start with 2020!?
On a personal note Iβve had some of the best moments of my life this year, especially towards the beginning of the year.
But in general, as everyone knows, 2020 has been dreadful!
I can only wish and hope that everyone stays safe, healthy and that they are happy throughout 2021.
Hopefully the gyms will reopen ASAP and in the meantime I hope you all continue to smash your goals from home πͺπ»
