Cheese twists for lunch today with added extras of course

The children made their own lunches today - mini pizzas. They did a great job rolling, spreading and choosing there toppings!

They looked and smelled lovely ☺️

What a lovely forage we had yesterday, we did not expect to find so much. Blackberries, hazel nuts, damsons, hawthorn, sloe berries, strawberry spinach ( a new find) . A stop off on the park and a snack.

Ricotta cheese and plenty of whey left, which we will use as fertiliser for our plants. No waste 😁 we’ve had a tasting session and they like it but love it with Honey.
