🖤 VEIL OF YIN | HALLOWEEN EVE SPECIAL 🖤

This one is a little different…

On Friday 30th October, I’m creating a beautiful, intimate 2 HOUR Yin evening from 6:30pm at Longridge Cricket, inspired by Halloween and the space between worlds.

Expect candlelight, long dreamy Yin holds, deep relaxation and time to completely switch off. A chance to step away from the everyday, turn inward and honour the changing season.

I want this to feel like a real evening of indulgence; cosy, peaceful and a little bit mysterious. Come in your comfiest clothes (PJs absolutely welcome!) and bring your pillows, bolsters and blankets.

And there’ll be a special little gift for everyone who joins me ✨

Let yourself disappear into the evening for a while.

This week we’re working towards Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Standing Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose). We’ll start slowly with equipment and build from there 🦶

We are going to have a bit of fun AND relaxation with this though guys, don’t google the pose and think “Nope, can’t do that.” Give it a go, wobbles and all 🤣
