We cant formally train and have been told to limit contact with others but heres a few ideas I have found have worked over the years, these are just ideas and can be easily adapted/ added to, be creative, I always refer back to my level 1

You can adapt any session using this formula, Nathan and Tobi wont be sitting on their xbox ill post some videos on here to make the sessions come to life, all you will need is a few cones and balls and a bit of imagination.

Our second week focussing on 1 vs 1,s, not all 1 vs 1,s are face to face, we started with some isolated turning, we asked the players to show us different turns.We encouraged the players to finish with both feet , next week 1 vs 1,s from another different angle

A very proud moment, winning 4 drawing one game, (Frankie GK) had never played Futsal before and was playing a year up , scored 12 conceding just 1, still love futsal such a fantastic game, we only lost out on GK difference 2 years ago, we play the winners of area 1 and 2 who go on to represent Essex Fa in the regional finals, hopefully this will be a massive confidence boost for the u/14,s Blacks, biggup Trevor Grinsted
