Love Music Hate Racism Luton: Bringing our diverse community together through the power of music. It is vital that everyone gets involved however they can.

Music proves that cultures blend beautifully, creating unity and strength. It inspires positivity and celebrates the richness of our multicultural society. The LMHR campaign has a renewed importance with the increase in fascism, racism, islamophobia, antimigrant and homophobia. We think its time to reignite our national movement against racism through music. We will be hosting Local Music and arts

Everybody to Kenmure Street 25/07/2026

We invite you to a community screening of the award winning documentary everybody to kenmure street.

In May 2021, a UK Home Office dawn raid triggers one of the most spontaneous and successful acts of civil resistance in recent memory. In Pollokshields, Scotland’s most diverse neighbourhood, hundreds of residents rush to the streets to stop the deportation of their neighbours.

We will be hosting a free screening with free food and drink in the library conference rooms.

We will also be joined by Lewisham green councillor Hau-Yu Tam who is part of Greens Organise and has been doing great work in Lewisham, South London working with antiraids networks and passing a historic motion which commits Lewisham council to making sure Lewisham is a no immigration raids zone.
Expect community discussions and a q&a session.

This venue is accessible with accessible toilets.

Make sure to reserve your ticket from the link in our bio.
