Feeling so good....So I have been having some problems lately with stiff joints and some pain in those areas. Been mindful of my age and that there is a history of osteoarthritis in my family, but to be honest was being a little stupid and trying to deny the fact that I am getting older 😪
Just started a programme of gentle mobilisation on the powerplate to target this and I can honestly say that even after just a few sessions I am feeling so much better! Much less stiff and in so much less pain. Thanks to Richard at Angelic for developing an individualised programme for me and for such quick results!

Get fit for Summer!!!! Here at Angelic we know how good it feels to exercise and get fit and healthy to enjoy the Summer.
Fancy a little “me” time....enjoy a 30 minute workout whilst your children are looked after by a professional childcarer on site. If you want to extend your time to yourself you are welcome to do so up to a maximum of 2 hours.
