At MK Fitness we focus on what we can do and how we feel, rather than how we look. If we learn to move well we will do any activity better.

I specialise in mobility training as I believe this should the core of anyone's fitness from a complete beginner to an athlete. You can never over do mobility training and with our current day to day lifestyle feeling "old", getting aches and pains is seen as normal but it doesn't have to be when adding in mobility training in your life each day. I am FRC, FMS and Animal Flow qualified. I believe
