Many of you will have heard me say many a time that it is the effort that decides the results.

How to make 2016 your fittest year yet
Well done to all the boot camp ladies this morning. We really ramped up the strength training today and you all did amazing! I look forward to seeing you at the next book camp!
Hi ladies. Just a quick reminder that this Saturday is boot camp. It will be running from 9am - 10am with normal studio use commencing straight after. I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible. Come and burn those calories and have fun at the same time.
Hi Ladies. I hope you are all making the most of the New Year. I just wanted to remind you all of our New Years Meal tomorrow night at the Stafferton Lodge in Maidenhead. I really hope to see as many of you there as possible as I have awards and prizes to hand out to many of you!! It will be a great night and a great opportunity for us to all get together whilst not out of breathe and sweaty. (Arrive for about 7:30 and the booking is under both the studio name and my name so you can mention either)

Just a quick reminder that this Saturday is Bootcamp from 9am with normal studio use resuming at 10am. I really hope as many of you can attend as possible as there are only 2 left before Christmas and it will really help if you are competing in the 6 week Christmas Challenge!!!

Hi Ladies. We did have Kassi booked to come in on Monday 12th of October. Unfortunately we have had to cancel his date as not enough bookings were taken. BUT Kassi will be coming on the 26th! Only 2 spaces remain so please book your time as quick as possible! Work out with us and then relax with us!
Hi ladies. In October we will be having a visit from masseuse and reflexologist Kassi. She will be here on Monday the 12th of October from 9am till 3pm and again on Monday the 26th of October from 3pm till 7.30pm. She will be providing a range of massage and reflexology services. I am giving you plenty of notice as there are limited spaces so please reserve your preferred time on the sign in sheet next time you are in the studio. I have used her services before and I have to say she is very good and I definitely felt more relaxed! Don't wait too long to get your spot as she is popular and it will fill up quickly! See you all soon!
Hi Ladies. A quick reminder that this Saturday morning from 9am-10am is Boot camp. I hope to see many of you there ready to push it hard! And for those of you that have never tried boot camp please come along and see what you are capable of! Regular studio use will continue from 10am till 2pm.
Good Morning Ladies. It's September and that means back to School! It also means that we have to say good bye to Maddy. On behalf of all the Ladies and myself I'd like to say a massive Thank You Maddy for all your help throughout August! You have been a STAR!
I would also like to say Welcome back to Nafeesa and Carole. They have both enjoyed a nice long rest and are both keen to get back to working you ladies hard!
So lets make September a month to knuckle back down to getting fit!
Hi Ladies, I want to send a quick post to say Well Done to a few ladies this week!
Firstly Well Done to all the boot-campers that made it this morning. First boot-camp for over a month and you all pushed it this morning! I definitely think that Terrie Hall is trying to take the Best Boot-camper Crown from Paula West! We'll see who pushes it the hardest between now and our Christmas celebrations!
Also a massive Well Done to Jillian Harris who took a massive step this week and really pushed her workouts to a whole new level! Keep it up!
Hi Ladies. This is just a quick reminder that Bootcamp is back on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 9am. So that means you can come in to the studio for an extra push and burn this Saturday! I look forward to seeing you all!
