Forward Fitness Bootcamp

It's that time of year again when we are all taking a break... enjoying time with friends and family! Going on holiday! Which is what I am also doing! I'm off to Canada 🇨🇦 to see my family and friends! And I hope you all have a great summer☀️🏖😎and I will see you all in Sept! Ready to work off all the summer Bbq's, picnics and just plain fun and eating! Will miss you all see you soon! 😉xx

Hey everyone I know it's a busy day for everyone! Last day of school kids off already or getting off today!!! Assembles, parties etc... so let's get that out of the way and get you all back on board next week!! With the kids out on the field for done great exercise!!! Hello yes I'm alive lol. It's not been the start or even now a quarter of the way through 2017! That i would've liked I'm coming to the end I'm hoping if apparently the 3 month cough bug! And I had an unfortunate accident at work and have been immobilised for the last 8 weeks and will be a few more before completely back to normal! On a good note though I am really wanting to get back into the swing of BootCamp so please everyone let me know who's ready to do this! 👊😁
