After much work, we're really happy to bring you updated 'week at a glance' timetables for all the parent and child classes running in our local area. We know how much you value these timetables, so we were keen to get these out as soon as possible.

For those that haven't seen them before, you can select the age of your child to tailor your timetable to see just classes suitable for children of that age.
Classes typically start after Easter but are getting booked out fast, so now is the time to start planning.

If there are any classes we have missed please let us know. It could just be that the class provider is yet to confirm their venues/times or perhaps it's one we don't know about, in which case we'd love to be told so we can add it :-)

These girls rocked it today - a little bit of rain you say?? Phaw!

Working on triceps and core in this bent over straight arm row.
Why not grab a band and give it a go at home.

Remember engage pelvic floor and core, hinge from the hips, keep chest and chin lifted. Arms straight. Tail bone lifted!

If returning to exercise post baby: Try 2 sets of 6 to begin with. You may feel this working your lower back muscles as they help to hold pose. That's ok!!

Try some pelvic tilts on all fours to help release tension in the lower back.

Have you recently had a baby and looking to exercise safely, rebuilding and restoring your pelvic floor and core.

New dates have been set for next terms Rebuild and Restore Program - ONLY 2 SPACES LEFT!!

This is a 8 week program - AFTERNOON CLASSES

Focused on restoring your body post birth.

This is a pilates based program which combines, the importance of how you breath, the role this plays with pelvic floor function. Postural changes during pregnancy. The impact of caring for your baby and how this impacts your healing post delivery.

Exercises are designed to address these issues, while supporting your body to heal. We will focus on the importance of correct activation of core and breathing, and how these work together to help heal a Re**us Diastasis / Tummy separation.

The program is for mum, however baby is welcome to come with.

The program is supported with online video content, allowing you to fit in your exercises around your baby.

This program is suitable from 5 weeks post birth.

Max 3 mums per class
