It’s a cliche, but starting the day with a decent meal really does set you up perfectly to attack the day, Kick starting your metabolism and fuelling the body and brain.

Time seems to be the number one reason why people tend to skip on breakfast so see my next post for a simple recipe for overnight oats which can be prepared (in seconds) the night before and eaten on the go in the morning.

With endless varieties it’s something you never get sick of.. I’ve gone for a simple banana and cinnamon, but you can add any fruit, nuts, seeds etc.

So give it a go and I guarantee you will notice a difference to your day!
