Warm up

At home jog on spot, side lunges, forward lunges, hip flexor stretches then arm rotations from plank. 3 x 15 Glute bridges πŸ’₯

Kettle bell count down ⏳
10 Swings both hands
10 Single arm Swings each arm (20 total)
10 Squats wide Legs high pulls each side (20 total)
10 Kettle bell halo's each way, you reverse the direction after 10 so 20 in total)
10 Superman burpees

And then...
8,6,4,2... of everything, work your way down to 2 then finish with 10 REPs. Repeat the whole thing if you have the time and the πŸ’ͺ

Massive fail on the wide grip pull ups, I managed about 5 then fell on my bum πŸ˜† they are hard!
Run or walk between exercises...prepare to get muddy and moss covered. Gloves needed! πŸΎπŸπŸ‚πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ


Eeeeekkkk..... starting tomorrow who is with me???? 10 days only out of the rest of 2019....don't be put off with the word 'detox'....
I'm a great believer in the 80/20 good 80% of the time, exercise, make good choices etc then the rest of the time πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈπŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈπŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈπŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰
But every once in a while I do believe in putting your resolve to the test! I'm really bad at this!! Hence why, once every year a few of us follow this plan...with differing results...but the majority and ME feel much better for it 😁😁
It's real food, as much as you like so no calorie counting or portion restriction and written by a food nutritionist...not me! For me it's goodbye caffiene, red wine and chocolate for 10 days.....only!!! 😁

Two medicine ball push ups were today's core stability exercise. Your chest and core are tested as they struggle to stabilise your bodyweight over an unstable base. The trick is to stay in high plank with abs engaged and try not to fall on face. Not an exercise for beginners 😁
