Last day at the hospital today and I only notice that I’m up in the hospital on there notice board. The pic is from my competing days I just hope this can inspire more to know you can do more then just sit in a wheelchair

So week 2 of my stay at RNOH Stanmore and I’ve been given these sexy little number to help with my rehab

So it’s been a while since I have posted been a crazy start to the year I’ll be doing the odd races but I’ll be focusing in this for my stay here at RNOH Stanmore for 2 weeks to start work on hopefully a big change that is coming and I can’t wait
