B2R Health Coaching provides:

✔ Social prescribing aligned support
✔ Mental Health First Aid
✔ “Just for Run” active games clubs for children who struggle socially (including neurodiverse, grieving or anxious young people)
✔ Motivational sessions for underperforming or disconnected teams
We already partner with local NHS services, Turning Point and Beginners2Runners to deliver health and wellbeing support to hundreds of people across Kent.
We work alongside organisations to increase engagement, improve attendance, and deliver measurable impact for the communities we serve.

Heard the myth that running's just for the young or those already slim? Let’s ditch that idea right now. The truth: you can start running: at any age, at any size: and the only permission you need is your own. 💚
Our B2R family is full of people who once thought, “I’m too old” or “I don’t fit the mold.” Now they’re lacing up, laughing with new friends, and proving every day just how strong and capable they really are. Your first run isn’t about speed or distance: it’s about showing up for yourself. Every step forward (or even a brisk walk!) is progress.
One of our members said it best: “I walked more than I jogged my first week. Didn’t matter: I joined the group, and now I feel unstoppable!”
It might feel scary or awkward to start, but trust us, no one’s judging. Everyone was a beginner once. We celebrate every step, every start, and every strong finish.
So, ready to find out for yourself? Drop a "YES," tag a friend who needs to hear this, or just know: you’ve already taken the hardest step by considering it. Your story is yours to write, and we’d love to be part of it.

Ever wonder how you can help the people around you? Friends, family, strangers…be kind! It’s as much for you as the person you support.
That doesn’t mean “be a doormat” or be “fake” but it does mean actively seeking opportunities to champion somone else’s achievement (e.g good service at a cafe, tell the server how happy you are(everyone likes to know they are good at what they do)).
Big or small acknowledge others wins. If that’s too hard to muster, then work on not being the reason for somone else’s bad day.
A rising tide lifts all ships🚢
