2 months in and we’re just getting started 🙌🔥

Massive shoutout to my client for trusting the process from day one — showing up, staying consistent, and being brave enough to take those starting photos 💪

This is what happens when you commit both inside and outside the sessions… and yes, nutrition plays a HUGE part 👌

Real progress, not shortcuts:

Don’t be fouled I too will be anxious and nervous to do new things but I also know how rewarding it is when you do go do them things.

Wales has always been a second home to me since I was young most school holidays spent visiting family there and going on a new adventure each time. It has shaped myself and my business into the person and ethos of my business today.

It’s given me the knowledge, love and respect of nature that it deserves allowing me to share that with many of you also now.

To be able to now share that with my daughter is something well worth facing the worries of doing Olivias first long drive and couple nights away from home for the first time.

Some things I did to aid us for our first adventure.

-pre tested her hiking back pack close to home
-stayed with bumpa and nana
-left the doggies at home with daddy
-stopped on route in lay-bys or service stations to offer a stretch and feed
-packed different clothing options for bubba incase of weather change
-bag of toys within reach to alternate with while driving
-started small (went for a local hike up to the castle to test my own strength but as well as to see how she feared with it also)
-travel nappy changing kit (keep make pack as light as possible but still have essentials)

Our Mums & Baby Gym Workout Class starts 5th February at

Having recently become a mother myself, I’ve truly felt how rewarding it is to be able to work out with Olivia close by. After having an emergency C-section, I also know the fear of “don’t overdo it” and how weak your body can feel almost overnight.

That’s why this class exists 🤍

With the whole studio to ourselves, it’s the perfect space to create a community of new mums who want to rebuild their strength — or even build strength they’ve never had before — in a safe, supportive, no-judgement environment.

It’s a chance to break out of the same four walls, move your body, and have an adult conversation. They say it takes a village to raise children, so let’s create your village with like-minded mums 🫶

A message to thoughts who are told they have no option! There’s always an option! And to thoughts that think they’ll never be strong again because of what you went through.

It may be slower than I hoped but the come back will be stronger and better than I ever was 💪

What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

Ps any c section to be mums baby cuddles is the best kinda pain relief 🫶
