No Boundary Swim session this weekend due to the Boundary Park Tri & Aquabike πŸ”₯ taking place.

Good luck to everyone racing, supporting, marshalling and cheering from the sidelines πŸ™Œ

This chap signed up for Bolton Ironman a few weeks ago and said to us * I can hardly swim in a pool let alone open water*

πŸ“Œ So what did we do ?

βœ”οΈ Reassured him

βœ”οΈ Helped with wetsuit fit

βœ”οΈ Advised him of how to start gradually and Acclimatise *NOT go for it and see what happens

βœ”οΈ Supported him initially on a short out and back course near the ramp

βœ”οΈ Once relaxed πŸ’₯ on the course he went
