Followed by a 121 Sound bath with Tibetan bowls & crystal bowl allowing the energy to clear any stagnant energies whether emotional or physical - Sound Waves Taking you into a deep meditative state - Allowing your mind and body to heal !

Finishing on a special 121 specifically to set your own personal intention from the heart ❤️ and working with you on anything hidden in your subconscious!

Along with blue sage to clear negative energies and give you prosperity!

You will leave feeling totally at peace with a quiet confidence and radiating with energy

This is a strong practice can be emotional.

Ladies Only Studio !
Hi I am the founder of Sonia’s Yoga simplified - I opened up our studio in 2023 to create a space for students to learn how to use the breath - learn to listen to their bodies and quiet the mind .

The studio has grown organically into a space where women come together and be comfortable to open up and share their own experiences whether that be Menopausal challenges - Mental Health challenges or just every day frustrations we experience as women !

I did not set out for our studio to be women only it was a space for anyone who needed guidance in learning to deal with challenges society has created in these modern times ! however I believe that the universe pushes us in a direction that is more needed or suited for ourselves and others to help each other .

This is why my studio is now Ladies only because I have observed how my studio has grown and how much as women we need a space for us where we can share with no judgement - become more confident - be heard - and come as we are - being our selves - no make up - no pressure to be the perfect wife - daughter- sister - mother or friend !

You are human driven by emotions which makes you who you are I will teach you to still be you but a happier version of you .

Women taking back control- Sharing health experiences - learning from each other - being heard - coming as you ! No judgements !
