Being a mother is the best reason to take time out for yourself. You are worth the quiet moment. You are worth the deeper breaths and the time it takes to slow down, be still, and rest. ๐Ÿคฑ๐Ÿผ

These classes are such a passion for me, to help you through the best and hardest season in your life, is an honour.
