➡️ be the person on the RIGHT… and if your not there right now, that’s ok, start TODAY. Start ACCEPTING where you are and enjoy the journey that you are going to go on to get your goals …Start BELIEVING that you can do what you put your mind to, start with POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS, if you put it out there it makes it impossible to not achieve it, start to enjoy the failures along the way , these make us STRONG AF, the come back is always better.

SOCIALISING & YOUR GOALS⚖️

🥂you can do both, but you just have to manage your expectations at the same time
⚖️ balance is key in order to achieve your goals - but we have to be realistic as well. Last night I went out, I’m not a drinker anyway so that doesn’t fuss me, but I was having Diet Coke instead of water, I also went to bed a few hours later than normal and also this is using energy so for me I was expecting to be tired today, knowing I had a long run. There was also food being handed out, but I opted to have my pasta before I went, not ideal as it does bloat you slightly but needed as I knew what I needed for the next day, now I probably could of had a pasty because I’m burning a ridiculous amount of kcals at the minute but I chose not to. This would be the same if I was in a fatloss phase.
➡️ if you do like a drink then you need to put things in place to, go for “better” options or ones that can be measured, you can even get 90kcal dark fruits , wines ect now.
➡️ do more steps that day
➡️ make better food choice to ensure you hit your protein goals with kcals left over for your social events 😉
⚖️ Failing that , if you struggle to do the above become a hermit and stay in 😂 it can’t be all one way

🫶🏻 goals are something you can set and achieve because you have full control of them and these increase the chances of DREAMS 💭

NEVER LET ANYTHING PUT OUT YOUR 🔥
👌🏻After a week of just pure hassle that should of never happened … I put my big girl pants on …
✅ Ticked the NON NEGOTIABLES - protein, water and kcals
✅ boxed off ALL my RUNS, STRENGTH & YOGA
🏃🏼‍♀️ the non negotiables are easy to sustain for me now when life gets tough because they are a habit and a lifestyle which I enjoy 😊 and I know the mental and physical effects this would cause if I had allowed these to slip .. on top of everythin else = feeling even SH*TTIER!
🏃🏼‍♀️runs, yep they were harder than usual because mentally Iv not been great and running is a mental game as much as physical - but I still did it so I’m proud of me
✅today I washed my wig put my face on and feel much better
💕life happens to us all but it’s how you deal with it that will make you into the person you are

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🔦🔦🔦

💕 so where do I start with this special human - she come to me one day and within an hour had booked a marathon 😂🙋🏼‍♀️
➡️ abit about Kerry - she is an air hostess which can be really difficult if she is away in the gorgeous destinations she always sends however, to combat this obstacle she PREPARES !
➡️ Kerry also has like many of us things going on in her life and hurdles that she has overcome and well we are just getting started
➡️ some goal posts have had to be moved due to things out of our control but this is part of the journey and you have to ENJOY/LOVE the journey because when you look back it’s one hell of a ride and you’ll be proud !
➡️ she has lost 1 stone 8pounds in total and has still had a life, been on holiday , had a birthday and enjoyed herself over Christmas 💕
💕 I couldn’t be any more proud of how mentally resilient , hard working and disciplined she has been towards this change
💕 ITS A LIFESTYLE - Thankyou for allowing me to be part of your journey 💕

🏃🏼‍♀️ yes Sunday I went out early doors in the rain and wind for my long run and I seriously enjoyed it 😊 no people about , no cars - it was bliss
🏃🏼‍♀️the only person stopping you getting it done is the chimp in your mind- but what a feeling when you complete it!

⏰There’s no better time to start your journey to your goals than RIGHT NOW! Not Tomorrow, not Monday or after that weekend you have planned in a few weeks. Alls you are doing is putting it off, pushing your goals back and delaying the progress that could be made whilst you make excuses to just START!

INSECURITIES 😩

💕 first picture - insecure with my stomach, never happy in any of my clothes, hated pictures, wasn’t happy. People never said anything about my weight
💕 picture 2 - insecure with my bum, happier in some clothes, hate how I look in others, people saying I’m loosing too much weight.
🏃🏼‍♀️ this week is a hard reminder for me that we are never quite satisfied, and are always wanting perfection and sometimes our competitive goals don’t always align with our body goals.
🏃🏼‍♀️I started this journey to just run a marathon to keep me on track to loosing weight; now I am not even bothered about my weight, I eat more than I have ever eat in my life, I just want to be strong and fast .
