Turns out… posting content and actually showing up are two completely different things.
I’ve spent years overcoming things behind the scenes while still holding parts of myself back in plain sight.
Fear of visibility doesn’t always look like hiding.Sometimes it looks like overthinking.Polishing.Performing.Staying “safe” enough to avoid judgement while still technically being seen.
That one sentence hit me harder than I expected:“You’re turning up. You’re not showing up.”
And honestly? He was right.
This season of my life and business is about visibility.Real visibility.Voice.Depth.Taking up space.Letting people actually see the woman behind the brand.
If you’re building a business while battling fear of being seen, fear of judgement, people pleasing, perfectionism, anxious attachment, visibility blocks or imposter syndrome… I promise you’re not alone.
Sometimes the breakthrough isn’t another strategy. It’s finally allowing yourself to be fully seen.

This is the kind of thing nobody wants to admit out loud 😭
Sometimes the relationship wasn’t peaceful, healthy or even emotionally safe… but it still felt familiar.
When chaos is what your system has spent years adapting to, calm can feel uncomfortable, unfamiliar or even “boring” at first.
So you end up confusing anxiety for chemistry.
Emotional highs and lows for passion.
Longing for love.
That’s why healing goes so much deeper than positive thinking and affirmations whispered into a mirror while your attachment wounds are still running the show 💀
The real work is looking at the deeper patterns, beliefs and emotional wounds shaping your choices, relationships and behaviours.
Because until those wounds are addressed… they will keep choosing familiarity over peace every single time.
Follow me if you’re ready to stop repeating the same relationship patterns and start taking your place back at the centre of your own life!

Talking about Self-Awareness and the Observer mindset
05/05/2026
Thursday we’re getting honest about something that gets dressed up as love… but keeps you stuck.
If you’ve ever felt the pull… the highs, the overthinking, the need for reassurance that never quite settles… this is for you.
I’ll be breaking down:
• why anxious attachment can feel so intense
• the patterns that keep you looping
• what’s actually driving it underneath
• how to start responding differently

At some point in your healing journey..
it stops being about what happened..
and starts being about what you’re still choosing.
That’s where self awareness and accountability come in.
If you feel stuck in the same patterns..
the same relationship patterns..
the same emotional loops..
Ask yourself:
what am I tolerating?
what am I avoiding?
what am I not saying?
Because awareness alone won’t break the cycle..
you have to see where you’re keeping it going.
