1 YEAR LATER ๐
This is my good friend and client James, we started working together around a year ago, however he always wanted to hold off on the progress pictures until heโd made some big changes.
Last night he dropped me this picture as well as a thank you message which honestly left me feeling a bit emotional ๐
When we first started working together (left) James had been out of training for a while and wanted to get back into shape, heโd always been a big guy but just lost a touch of motivation along the way.
James was used to heavy dieting on very low calories, high cardio and s**t loads of training volume, so we took a different approach to what he was used to.
Firstly, we focused on the nuances of high intensity training and drastically reduced his workload whilst massively improving the quality of said work. ๐
Then we put him in a small calorie deficit, leaving him on far more food than he was ever used to during a diet phase, this meant he could enjoy a meal out with the family and a treat here and there if he wanted to. ๐
We also took a sensible approach with cardio, allowing James to keep to his busy schedule of family/ work life whilst also hitting all the targets

Itโs guys like James that make me love what I do, heโs supported me and my business from day dot through thick and thin and I canโt thank him enough.

TOMโS 8 WEEK DIET PHASE ๐ช๐
came to me keen to put on some size but with his current composition it wouldnโt have been sensible to start bumping up that food!
With that in mind we decided to pull off as much body-fat as possible pre-wedding before we begin our gaining phase.
So far weโve pulled off 12 kilos and the visual differences are HUGE ๐
Tom is another one who has absolutely nailed his plans to a tee and in a very short time frame achieved a massive weight loss ๐

6 WEEKS THROUGH MASS PHASE - 75-78KG ๐
Fantastic results from online client Josh over a 6 week period, 3 kilos added with improved condition, crazy potential here especially when the plan is being executed by an individual with ACCURACY and a high degree of EFFORT.
This is what giving the plan your all looks like โ๏ธ

ClIENT TRANSFORMATION - 9 MONTHS - 6KG ๐
Throughout this 9 month period working with Sam he packed on a very respectable amount of muscle and then pulled the fat off with a short diet. Through his adherence to the plan as well as his undeniable consistency, he absolutely nailed it. ๐ฅ
