Evening care home LVT and safety floor cleaning in Burnley

High-level commercial siphonic gutter clearance carried out this morning.

We’ve proudly worked with this business for the past six years, providing two scheduled maintenance visits each year to help keep their guttering system clear, efficient and fully operational.

All work is carried out by our IPAF-trained team, ensuring safe and professional access when working at height.

This Carpet had a lot of stains and high footfall so carpet was mostly flat with some big stains coming from subsurface.

We pre treated with high ph solution , pre scrubbed with the CRB machine and then repeated but agitated with the rotary with soft carpet brush head to get deep into the pile to ensure all dirt was brought to the surface.

We then filled up the machine with water adding a cherry odour neutraliser and fabric and fibre rinse leaving the carpet at a safe neutral ph.

Then we extracted with 300psi 110degrees hot water steam power.

Another emergency call answered.

This evening we received a call that started with one simple question:

"Are you really available 24/7 like your website says?"

The answer was, yes.

The customer explained they had a leak that was threatening to damage valuable mechanical equipment and needed urgent assistance.

Within one hour of receiving the call, our team was on site in Preston.

Following our inspection, we found that the gutters were heavily blocked with debris, preventing the outlets from draining correctly. This caused water to back up and overflow into the building.

We quickly cleared all blocked outlets and removed the standing water, restoring proper drainage and preventing further damage.

The customer was delighted with the rapid response and professional service, and has now signed up to our twice-yearly gutter maintenance programme to help prevent future issues.
