Everything about this audio hit home;
After almost a year living in Canada, I really can say it’s been more than just a lifestyle shift for me.
My whole mindset has evolved (& continues to do so)…
I no longer feel like I need to base my self worth on the opinions of others.
The feelings of competition and pressure that I felt previously have been lifted.
The noise in my head is positive and light, and far less chaotic and reactive.
All I want to do is support the people around me, show love to those closest to me… and live the best life possible!
I well and truly feel like I have started to feel my true self this year, and that self is pretty damn happy. 💖
