Took me a while to see the bigger picture.
For years I’ve struggled with the right way to be healthy. I’ve always thought to get to my goals I can only eat super healthy and train every day for a long as possible. I do this for months at a time but then I fall off because I go to OCD into it and over complicate it- trying too hard to make a manic schedule work, and burning out.
I then fall into a few weeks of eating junk food and not wanting to train and then the cycle continues
Now I’m trying a healthier mindset of 5km Runs, Swimming, weight training and a better mindset of food where if I want to eat something I do, and I control my food intake a lot more. All of this, especially the running, are helping me keep a clear headspace and tackle training in a new and positive light.
