Can anyone make photos of food look decent?

I’m a rubbish cook; no passion, no imagination, no idea. But and have got us being all accountable and s**z.

So the wife and I signed up to .

Dead easy and instruction card to follow even for someone like me and all ingredients bagged together.

Made making this high protein evening tea a doddle.

It’s actually really decent and look at the stats on it.

There’s only one lie on the image... it wasn’t speedy for me. It should take 20 minutes. I have to double that because I’m a man and can’t multi-task.

But, I’m finding a passion for cooking... well, a passion for learning to cook. 🧑‍🍳

Some may think it’s lazy or expensive but it’s an investment in learning!

Moral of the story: Eating well doesn’t have to be hard!

After a bit of a debate with a friend last week this made a lot of sense to me.

Poor metabolic health (namely, obesity) is one of the biggest risk factors where Covid is concerned.
⁣
People would rather line up to get a vaccine shot up their arm, because it’s easy, than dash a few kcals off their diet or go for a run.
⁣
Healthy diet and exercise protects the NHS every day, not just when there’s a crisis.
⁣
If a catastrophic amount of deaths doesn’t make people want to live a healthier life then I really don’t know what will.
⁣
Lockdown is really fun and everything 🙄 but if the country had taken a bit more care of themselves and the NHS in the first place, maybe we’d be a bit closer to freedom?!
