Mid way through the training, and playful, feeling free in the body. My skeleton always feels so loose after a training with Simon, two weeks and I'm dedicated to maintain more self practice. Had a beaut today though not by such a swanky view.
We had a day off a week ago and I was blessed to teach a class online (clothed) 😂 which left me feeling really great, so as I had the place to myself it only felt right to get nekkid and dance my joy. Glad I kept this memory.
It's so fun looking back at this and feeling so different now at the end and home, reflective, tender and the deeper work beginning. "How's this integrating back into normal life?" The challenge is easier while staying connected to friends. And I'm so grateful for all I was with last week and back in the embrace of now

Where do our arms come from?
Well, when we connect them to their roots at the core, every movement can unleash fresh energy.
This two weeks has been a blast, and a blessing. Many lessons, a few key realisations, and a gorgeous community around special thanks to for being instrumental in this project to bring an advanced training g out of our dear teacher. And not least to for the incredible sets

Nothing can capture how good this feels so here's a little memory for us to remember and be inspired.
This advanced training has gone deeper into feeling effects of movement and without necessarily any more physical effort, in fact often less.
