Can’t believe this actually happened ‼️‼️‼️

I’ve had terrible sleep the last couple of nights because I’ve been so excited about my trip to Kenya 🇰🇪

For TWO nights straight, I literally had a dream that I met someone on the plane and somehow got upgraded to Business Class… wallahi 😂

This morning, I got to the airport all flustered trying to figure out the automated check-in machines, when suddenly a voice called from behind me:

“Do you work at NRG?”

She took my papers, smiled, and upgraded both me and my colleagues to Business Class 😭❤️

No catch. No reason. Just a genuine act of kindness.

I’m honestly still in shock!!!

So if you know Natasha, or see her at the gym, please give her a massive hug from Coach Aqeel ❤️

As a personal trainer, I’ll be honest—walking is clearly not the move. I mean, why would you choose something simple, free, and accessible when you could overcomplicate your fitness routine with intensity, exhaustion, and zero consistency?

Forget the fresh air. Ignore the way your shoulders drop after ten minutes. Pay no attention to how your mind somehow untangles itself halfway down the street. That’s obviously just coincidence.

Because walking couldn’t possibly be doing anything, right?

It’s not like your heart rate gently climbs into a fat-burning zone. It’s not like your joints prefer low-impact movement. It’s definitely not improving your mood, your sleep, your stress levels… or giving you that quiet sense of “I’ve done something good for myself today.”
No, no—far better to stay inside, overthink everything, and wait for motivation to magically appear.
And yet… every time I lace up my trainers, step outside, and say, “This won’t make a difference,” I come back clearer, calmer, and somehow more energised.
So yes—walking is completely overrated.
Which is exactly why I’ll be doing it again tomorrow.

I’ve been given the opportunity to travel to Kenya 🇰🇪 to support a charity working on the ground with some of the most vulnerable communities.
Right now, families are struggling without access to basic essentialst — food, clean water, and support that many of us take for granted.
I’m aiming to raise £5,000 in just 2 weeks to help deliver urgent aid directly to those who need it most.
For my Muslim brothers and sisters, this is a chance to give Sadaqah and earn ongoing reward by helping those in hardship.
For everyone else, it’s a simple but powerful opportunity to stand for humanity and make a real difference in people’s lives.
No matter your background, your support can help change someone’s reality.

Have you ever given up on yourself and thought…
“this is it… there’s nothing I can do?”

Meet Zaheer.
47. Father of 4.

He spent 25 years serving his community as a police officer.
Then life hit hard.

Medically retired due to:
• Long COVID
• Fibromyalgia
• FND
• Arthritis in his knee, hands, and toes

If anyone had a reason to quit… it was him.

But he didn’t.

He joined the program in January 2026 — and within his **first week**, he dropped 2kg.

Fast forward 12 weeks…
He lost over **15kg of body fat** 📉

Let that sink in.

So the real question is…

Do you actually have an excuse?

Or have you just accepted where you are?

If you’re ready to change that — even when the odds feel stacked against you…

Reply **“BODY FAT”** and let’s get to work.

I never wanted my kids to settle for anything less, so I set the bar high for myself. Chasing greatness isn't just a goal, it's a lifestyle. I built my strength step by step, and now they're following suit, proving that grit runs deep. Not because I pushed them, but because I led by example. This is my legacy: raising strong kids by being the standard myself. Ready to raise the bar?
