It’s so easy to fall in to a sedentary routine right now, constantly snacking and watching netflix. But creating a daily routine involving exercise can be therapeutic and bring a sense of normality back into your life. It will also help you not come out the other side 4 stone heavier 😱

Please do remember to take care of your mental health during this period. Remind yourself that although COVID-19 is a serious illness, it is also temporary and that life will return to normal in time. It is out of your hands, worrying is pointless, worrying will not make it disappear, nor will it help your wellbeing. I know easier said than done right?
I would 100% recommend trying some Mindfulness apps during this time, they are a great habit to get in to. Apps such as Headspace & Calm have been proven to slow your racing mind, even 10 mins a day can help. Also to note, Headspace is currently offering a free pandemic mindfulness series to practice with.
