one of the biggest things I see is inconsistent ball striking. without a consistent strike you cannot know what direction or what distance the ball is going to go.

I see people trying to hit a draw or fade as their shape but cannot hit a repeatable strike.

After a promising start to the season with a team 2nd place with and individual 3rd out of 120+ at a catch up with coach and recap of my stats a plan is in place.
Focusing on fairways off the tee and using the clock system with pitch shots.
