You’re not the problem
How do I know that?
Because most of the guys I speak to, aren’t lacking effort…
They show up to the gym, to running, multiple times per week
High intensity
Thrashings every day
But still look in the mirror and don’t see a difference
How is that possible?
It’s because the system you have in place is working against you…
High intensity with no balance of recovery
Thrashings every day with no fuelling strategy to perform
Low calories through the week so you get to the weekend and it all goes t**s up
That’s not an effort problem
That’s a training, nutrition and lifestyle problem

The weekly debrief
Pushing into the next level!
Some serious life developments happening right now as we will be turning the page on the next chapter of life very very soon 👀
I won’t lie, this change brings uncertainty… feelings of pushing out of my current comfort zone but I equally know that is the next space for me to grow as a man, a husband, a business owner, a coach, a leader!
Those are the moments that I will look back on and feel proud of myself for making that jump
It’s all too easy to sit in your comfort zone and let time pass you by
But all that does it fill you with regret and “what if” feelings
That mindset was the very thing that made me pivot from an accountancy career to go get my PT qualification 9 years ago
When I’m sat old in an armchair, I want to be able to talk about the stories of what I did with my life, not “I should have” “I wished I” “If only I’d”
That’s a life not fulfilled and you only have one shot at it…
Taking the risks people! Because honestly, your future self will thank you for it

If you’re a guy over 30 and want to finally prove to yourself that it’s not too late to get in incredible shape

It’s alarming to me how many men have had coaches before yet still feel stuck in the same position (or even worse)
A coaches job is to set you up for the long term
The same way a driving instructor teaches you how to drive
If you don’t have the confidence in being able to make the right decisions for the long term, the coach has failed on their most important promise
This is why we will be the last coach you will ever need
You will graduate from the EMA with the tools, knowledge and skills to be able to succeed with your health and fitness for the rest of your life
We definitely aren’t a quick short term fix
We will give you the long term solution that ensures you know how to navigate any season of life
And that is the very reason when our clients do graduate, they don’t go backwards or revert to old ways
They continue pushing on and being that best version of themselves
My biggest lesson from my personal fitness journey around getting in shape
‘Cutting for holidays and placing my self worth entirely on how lean I could get’
Don’t get me wrong, it made me more confident and happier in my body then ever before… but I was trashed
Dragging my arse through the day, training at low intensity and not eating less food than what my body actually needed to survive
That my friends is not a healthy place to be
You don’t need to go to those extremes to lose a bit of body fat and feel confident in yourself
By following a nutrition process with
✅ 2g protein per KG of lean bodyweight
✅ Carbs pre and post training
✅ No more than a 300calorie deficit
✅ Fill your plate with high volume, colourful foods
