This holiday was my turning point🇨🇾

☀️Prior to this…

I had been stimulating my brain with a s**t tonne of books.

Endless research📖

Anything I could get my hands on.

Looking for an answer, I didn’t know what for..

But I was looking🤣

Sales, investments, finance, businesses, self development, mindfulness, attitude, communication…

I was fu***ng looking alright.

I persisted with my usual “go to antics”

Drinking, smoking, eating s**t and neglecting myself 🤷🏽‍♂️

I left that holiday with crippling anxiety and regret.

Left feeling i’d let myself and my family down.

Something inside me changed.

I was tired of being an unhealthy piece of s**t nobody.

How could I achieve anything?

I’ve been asked how I made the change, here it is:

The amount of information I consumed gave me the ability.

My personal experiences gave me the reason.

PHYSIQUE STATUS UPDATE

Your body is going to go through changes as you progress over time🕣

No doubt.

I know what it takes to build muscle💪🏼

Bodybuilding is what I lived for, for years.

Now the style of training has switched, so has my body🤷🏽‍♂️

Sure it’s tough seeing myself lose a little muscle.

I feel healthier.

My running times are getting better by the week🏃🏽

I feel GREAT!

We aren’t stopping here.

Full time athlete.

I’m pushing my boundaries and there’s still plenty more still to give.

We’re just getting started.

Give yourself a new purpose.

It will create opportunities you wouldn’t believe.

Never be afraid to take action🏃🏽💨

Applying the principles is harder than it looks.

This is Dec.

Here are his results 2 weeks into the programme.

His age works in his favour, he’s young and raring to do what it takes to get results.

The main goal to be shredded for summer☀️

I told him to listen to me.

He’s down exactly that and now we’re in a position to move forward.

We know the score…

This is Alex.

We’ve had our disagreements.

We’re both busy individuals who want to see progress.

Not going to give you a bulls**t story.

The most difficult conversations are the ones that have the most influential value on your life.

Men should strive for difficulty.

Unquestionably, when I enter someone’s life they will always leave a better person.

Falling off track, just to climb back on the wagon and come back stronger is what being a man is all about💯

There’s ups and downs, highs and lows but never a straight forward line to seeing success.

4 months of:

🗡️Hard work
🗡️Accountability
🗡️Communication
🗡️Enjoying life

You don’t have to do anything out of this world to see results.

All you have to do is show up.

Show up to do the best you possibly can do with your current situation.

When you’re too tired to train.

When it’s raining outside.

When it’s easier to stay in bed.

We get up and get to it🏋🏽

Building muscle can be a big change for someone which requires ultimate commitment to the progress🏋🏽

Not knowing whether to ‘bulk’ or ‘shred’ is a common dilemma in todays fitness community.

However🤔

Small changes to the overall routine of an individual taking into to account factors like:

-Intensity
-Volume
-Macro/micro imbalances
-Flexibility/mobility
-Rang of motion
-Exercise selection

These are huge driving forces when making the decision to GROW💪🏼

Fitness, health and the affects on Men’s Mental Health🧠

In the next few weeks there going to be a major push across all platforms to strive to give men a better understanding of mental health symptoms and how health and fitness can have such a positive influence in managing them.

Communication and connection is a major part of men’s mental health🗣️

So we’re taking to the streets of Manchester to ask questions, gain knowledge and spread awareness of the true facts that leave us in our current situation as a unit.

I want to be firm, direct and provide you with as much information and advice as I possibly can in as many different ways as I can🎙️

We should all strive towards peace of mind every single day.

There should be no stigma in being transparent with our emotions.

Embarrassment should not be an influential factor in silence.

Being open and sharing our struggles should be at the top of the priority list.

To keep us healthy, functioning and cooperative in success.

One of my all time favourite transformations👇🏼

The goal was to get in great shape.

Improve times in MX.

Get into best shape of his life… we accomplished all of these.

However…

The main goal that Aaron wanted was to find a partner to settle down with👫

He managed it within 2 months.

The dedication that Aaron showed within the first two months was unbelievable:

✔️Every box ticked
✔️Work, fitness and home life balanced side by side
✔️Schedule and routines set in place
✔️Mini goals set along the way to keep in check

The impact that the programme has had is incredible to see.

I’ve been a model on and off since I was 19.

Question: ❓❔

You ever had sell one tell you something and it just sticks with you?

You remember a certain comment a person has made.

or specific actions people have taken that make you feel a certain way?

Of course you do🤦🏽‍♂️

I’ve been rejected, ignored, laughed at, gas lighted, bullied.

You name it.

You can use these comments, haters / naysayers as fuel.

Take the constructive criticism as advice.

Or

Let it beat you up and tell yourself you’re not good enough.

Safe to say… negative comments.

People saying I can’t…

Overall s**t past experiences with people has led me to put my guard up.

This has forced me to become unbreakable🧱

People see this as unsociable.

Unfortunate.

You cannot, and will not ever stop me.

I’m unbeatable.

Be ferocious in pursuit of your dreams.

Being skinny fat means you’re uncertain of whether you want to grow or cut down.

Consistency in all of the three areas mentioned in the post are key to building the foundation required to make a start.

The start is the hardest part.

Take into consideration not just the one area of going to the gym, but all areas.

Accountability, consistency, rest times, will power.

Define your expertise in each.
