Had an amazing time at the 'Altitude Training and Team Sports Conference 2013' in Doha, Qatar. We gained valuable knowledge, which Active4U will definitely be incorporating into future services.

The fun based sessions include football, basketball, martial arts, cricket, netball, amateur boxing and dance plus many more physical activities.

Thanks to all who attended our final Zumba Session of 2012. Its been a great year and hope you will continue to'participate, Develop and achieve with us in 2013. We are back at the Jabez Building Tuesday 8 January 2013, 7pm. From all at Active4U have merry festive season and prosperous new year.
