Amazing job from Zeo who flew the flag for Manchester Judo Club yesterday at the Yorkshire and Humberside Open, taking an outstanding gold 🥇

In a competitive U66kg senior men's category, he won with characteristic speed and skill, scoring fast & stylish Ippons 💨

Absolutely brilliant randori this morning at Manchester Judo Club 🔥

We had visitors down from Rochdale Judo Club and Huddersfield Judo Club - visitors are always welcome (Sundays, 10am-11.30am) 🥋

It was great to be able to celebrate Emile Chan's recent success at the BJJ British Open where he gave an excellent performance (including lots of great judo) to secure gold 🏆

We're all very proud of him!

Cracking (and toasty 🥵) practice this Saturday morning led by Steve Ravenscroft.

Everybody worked very hard at new entries and grips for tai-otoshi & o uchi gari, as well as bow and arrow rolls 🥋

We were also thrilled to celebrate Jasmine's recent successes at the SKK and the DNA competitions.

She has added to her (already significant) silverware collection taking Golds with some gutsy performances and beautiful judo 🏆

She has a very bright future ahead of her!
