*It is also possible to participate without tracking, in which case you will not be included in the scoring.

Today, I traded the usual running paths for waterways, on a scenic River Mersey canoeing session.

On June 20th we are encouraging all runners around the world to run and share the sights and gems of their city. Though we can't travel at the moment, this should not stop us from "seeing" new cities and cultures, broadening our mind, be inspired and connect with like-minded people. 🌎❤

The city streets had a quiet buzz for May's half marathon. 🐝
Although the tours are on hold, nothing beats being back running in the city 🙌
